About West Chester, OH - Happy to be your hometown Heating & Air Conditioning Contractor!
West Chester is a large township located in southern Ohio. It is positioned in Butler County and is one of the largest communities therein. According to the United States Census Bureau, there were about 60,000 people living in West Chester in 2016. The village is a suburb of Cincinnati, Ohio. The township is located about 20 miles north of downtown Cincinnati. The easy access to larger cities and local highways make West Chester a very popular place to live.
West Chester is located in an area that was originally inhabited by Native American Indians. The first European-American settler was Joseph McMaken from Cumberland County, Pennsylvania. McMaken and several other settlers arrived in the 1700s. In 1823, the County Commissioners met and petitioned for the division of Liberty Township which had been established many years before. The division of the township created Union Township, which later became present-day West Chester Township, Ohio.
Individuals who live in West Chester find it necessary to hire professional HVAC technicians to install heating and cooling systems in their homes. The township is located in a climate where summers are warm and humidity levels are high. Throughout the months of June, July, and August, daytime temperatures average in the mid-80s. Temperatures can climb to the low-100s when warm waves of air pass through the township. These weather conditions make it necessary for West Chester residents to have easy access to cooling systems.
In addition to cooling systems, residents of West Chester should have efficient heating units installed in their homes. Daytime temperature highs average in the mid and upper-30s throughout the winter seasons. These weather conditions make it necessary for West Chester residents to have heating units like heat pumps installed in their homes. Professional HVAC technicians are best suited to install these systems. When temperatures fall, an efficient heating unit may literally be a lifesaver.
